I started running regularly from around the age of 17-18 (that would have been 1992 - 93). That does not mean that I have always been running since. There were the odd injuries that put me off running on the road for years here and there, but I have gladly been able to get back on to it every time. I did around 50 minutes this evening, which translates to maybe 9 or 8 clicks. And I appreciate all of it. Well, just be glad that you had this magical moment of sorts, and hope you carve the time and good health to do it regularly then.
