So this weekend was crazy. Friday night was super lame, but thats okay, I've been wicked confused on what day it actually is since I got out from Emmanuel. So Saturday day was mostly if not all boring, until I drove into the city with John. We made it through the shittastic weather to Boston (where he dropped me off in Alston and he made is way to go pick up his brother from the bus stop). Hung out and pre-gamed with Brums and Q at their place. Had a very delicious 750mL of Ommegang Witte Beer. Didn't actually do anything for me, but still delicious. Walked over to the party that Brums and Q were going to, just so I knew where they were going incase i needed to find them later, and hoped on the B line to go party with Fulton and crew... except, when I got there fashionably late by 45 minutes, Mary was the only one at Lir. Everyone showed up around 10:30-ish. One crappy Harpoon IPA and two delicious Gin and Tonics concluded the night for drinking. But it was a ton of fun hanging out with everyone, I got to see Walker again which was awesome. Bought Katie a Long Island Iced Tea and Walker a pint of Bass. I had to leave at 11:45 with Gary and Mary to make sure I got the T home. Grabbed Pizza on the way home for me, q, and brums and almost didn't get inside for the night LOL. Q was FARRRR too falling down drunk and it took three calls to get someone to pick up the phone so I didn't sleep in the snow. Neither Q nor Brums remember eating the pizza i bought them, so according to Brums its only theoretical pizza. Took care of Q whilst she puked a bit and read more of Howl's Moving Castle, then headed to bed on the couch.
We all woke up around 1 in the afternoon and started the day off right by playing Donkey Kong Country 2. Then me and Brums attempted to go x-mas shopping... which kinda sorta failed. The storm was rediculous outside. We saw one car totally spin a full 540 because Boston refuses to actually plow or sand its streets properly. We hung out and ate food (pork buns and sweet cream buns from Dim Sum) and bought Tea at Super 88. We thought about going to the Pru (wicked long walk)... but realized the sun was setting and we would probably either be taken out by skidding cars or the cold, so we headed home. Then all of us made ourselves retarded by watching Human Wreckingball for an hour and a half. THEN TO LUCY AND CARE'S HOUSE!
I was suppose to go see Pat Ryan's stand up thing in the theater district with Sara that night, but the storm cancelled all those plans. So me, Q, Brums, Lonka, Lucy, Care, and Bill ended up watching basic cable TV shows until 12am. But before that me, q, and brums had a hell of a trek from Alston to Cambridge in the hight of the storm. Froze our asses off. Then made a delicious feast at Lucy's of spaghetti and crecent rolls. Crashed after having quite a hilarious end of the night with Care.
Woke up monday to a man constantly revving this car trying to get out a snow bank... it didn't work for the first ten minutes... so why did he keep trying? I don't know why? Anyhoo, ate breakfast (just toast). Luce left at 7 in the morning to grab her flight back home, so I took the T with Care to Logan so she could go to work. After she was off the work, i rode the T all over the place. Lechemere to Oceanfront, Oceanfont to Government Center, Covernment Center to Harvard Square. So after an hour of riding the T for the hell of it i wandered until i froze my feet off in Harvard Square. Found a nice tea shop and got a nice hot jasmine milk tea with lychee jelly and read Howl's Moving Castle for about an hour. Now it was time for the long hike.
In the freezing cold i hauled my huge ass backpack down Mass Ave from Harvard Square to Central. Went into the crazy spiritualist book star (seven stars) and bought my mom a book on how to communicate with the Archangels, elementals, spirits, and animal spirits. She loves that stuff lol. Then a REALLY long walk from Central down Mass Ave, and across the esplanade to North Station. Had more tea from Dunkies, then took the commuter rail home. a Lovely weekend
