Friends, today I am dressed like a cross between an Amish lady and a 1980's kindergarten teacher.  It is the best that I can do - my jeans that fit and my two summerweather shirts are in the wash, too stinky to wear after a week of trying to make it look like I'm not wearing the same clothes everyday.  I am in an extra bad mood, the kind that only ( Read more... )

Didn't even see the episode, just read recaps online, but of course I still have an opinion. unscrambled September 25 2008, 14:58:14 UTC
1. Kenley totally should have been tossed off last night. Suede's outfit for Jerrell was dull (and I kinda like those pants), but it wasn't CRAP. Kept her for the drama. Plus, Kenley is a overinflated snot--you can't edit that much snottery. And she can only make one thing. It's a cute thing, but it's one thing.

2. Korto FTW! Of course I've been rooting for her since the beginning--she makes clothes that would look great on me. I like Jerrell too (and that his clothes look a mess and then you look at them again and think--hey wait, those things are all really nice), and I think Leanne's clothes are really interesting (have you seen the pictures from the Bryant Park shows? Both Leanne and Korto's collections were really wonderful looking. I like it when the people that make it to the end of Projrun make clothes that aren't Galliano ripoffs that only fashion people like. Ahem.)

3. I never know how to dress at this time of year. I look like a mess until it's solidly cooler. The only good part about this is that I look really cute once it all works out. And I'm not even with fetus.

Korto reminds me of you. It's her voice, I think. But you should watch last night's episode if you can because it was hilarious. Korto's like, "I'm not gonna tell her that's not hip hop" and every time Kenley would ask about something, both Jerrell and Korto would tell her it was hip hop and then turn and laugh. I do think Suede's outfit was better than Kenley's but I'm so sick of him and his wannabe-ness. Everything is so forced with him. Kenley needed to go if only for the fact that she picked another 50s floral print for Leann's hip hop shirt. Also, the look on LL Cool J's face when Leann walked out was priceless.

I take the Korto comparison as a compliment. Oh, I am totally going to watch it when I get home. It seems like hijinks abounded.
