Eyes were fixed to what was on TV
I finally figured out how to customize my journal layout with a header and shit. /slow
I'm very excited about the return of TV. Basically almost everything kicks off on my birthday (9/20) with the premier of House, then Glee, Fringe etc. later in the week. Yesterday, however, was the start of the new cycle of America's Next Top Model. This is Cycle 15, how many top models do there really need to be? I don't know, but this time Tyra is going "High Fashion" and the winner will be on the cover of Italian Vogue, which I'm assuming is somehow cooler than other Vogues. Maybe it's printed on leather from Milan. I mostly enjoyed the episode, as there was a fuckton of crying and even a couple catfights over *gasp* racism and "fakeness", etc. The photos should be fairly interesting this season though, because none of the girls are really traditionally pretty. The one "Hollywood" style beauty (a pageant queen who looked vaguely like Megan Fox) was quickly booted out of the finalists. Probably my favorite girls so far are the incredibly awkward Ann from Texas, who is 6'2" and has a ridiculously tiny waist, and Rhianna, who takes her inspiration for poses from nature (She makes an excellent tumbleweed, apparently :P).
I made a community (virgoluvspisces ) to post graphics to, for no particular reason other than I came up with the name and then got to make a pretty header for it. It's a work in progress, aka there's nothing there yet but a layout and a welcome post :P I'm planning on cleaning some of my older icon posts off of this journal though, and soon there will be plenty of new pretty images to alter.
