This evening, argh128 asked if there was anything else I wanted from the supermarket. I'm home sick, you see, so he's running errands on his own. I started to dig out the list, and he asked that I just email it to him.

Thanks to the wonder of Netflix, I rented a copy of the second Gunslinger Girl series.  When I first found out about a sequel, I was delighted. The first series was so good!  The animation, the story, the characters, the music!  The only disappointment was that it was so short.  To say that I had high hopes for the sequel would be entirely fair.
