i have been on hiatus for an unspecified amount of time from the blogging world. I could apologize but I am fairly certain there were more than a few folks who were happy to see me "disappear".
Honestly, I needed to leave, and what I do need to apolgize for is being a teenaged nitwit. There are lessons life teaches you, which come fast, hard, and knock you down several pegs (if you are lucky enough.)
Anyhow, I am semi-back. I will try to at least post once every few weeks, I do not think anyone wants to be innundated with constant blogging, nor honestly do I have the time for that level of blogging. Being a casual blogger will work best for my readers, and myself in the long run.
Now, some catching up. I believe one of my last blogs waa about how I was ready to "move into the real world" and one of the commentors here, "had hoped I learned from being in the real world." Well, kudos to you, blogging buddy, I have learned a lot, and learn more every day. In fact one of the besr quotes I have come across (do not quite know who wrote it), "When you stop learning, you grow old."
Life for myself at least, is pushing boundaries in a safe manner, pushing myself to my limits and beyond. Biggest push, however is to model myself into a selfless individual much like my grandmother was.
Alas, I digress. I have lived and worked in Yellowstone National Park, Utah at Snowbasin Resort, Idaho at Sun Valley Resort, and where I am currently: U.S. Forest Service.
My younger dreams were to stay in the amusement park industry, however when I was shown a different type of park, the National Parks and National Forests, I knew I had found my dream. Every job I find however, I always feel like I am starting at the bottom, but with more knowledge and experience. I guess in life it is just about building layers upon layers of information until one finds that career.
Last things before I sign off: Chris and I are still together, the stinker landed year round work in Yellowstone.
I have returned to college for a degree in: geology. Real world dreams with endless possibilites.
Anyhow, Audios folks.
