...or just someone who is better at 'outlook' than I am.
I use microsoft outlook for my address book and diary, it works well for me and synchronises with my pda/phone to keep everything up to date. However, when I look at the contacts page (on the PC not the PDA) at the moment I can't see all the contacts. I know they're still there because I can search for them and it will bring up a contact card ... but I want to be able to see them all just by looking and not have to search for a specific person. For additional info, there are no filters on and if I change the viewing options from the current setting of 'contact cards' I still can't see the people who I couldn't see before but just in a different style (if that makes sense).
Can anyone help?
(oh and all the contacts are all visibly listed in 'pocket outlook' on my pda/phone - although some of them have different symbols next to them - which actually might be the answer, but then maybe the question is "how do I make all my contacts into the same type on pocket outlook?")
