I'm about 20 days in to the simply-eating-better thing & I have to say it is going well. It helps to not be fixated by the worries over going over "points" or what the scale says (I haven't weighed at all).
I've "miseaten" twice & it gave me a stomach ache both time, I guess my body got used to all natural foods. My pocketbook on the other hand has not.
I'm still looking for that recipe for whole grain waffles that won't taste like cardboard. If anyone can help me out there, I'd much appreciate it. I don't know if it possible to make good waffles without white flour & sugar. :/
