Changes for 2010

Seeing as we're new at this, we're going to be making a few changes that will hopefully make things run a little smoother.

First of all, the Best Romance and Best Smut/Sex Scene categories for Het, Slash, and Femslash will be divided into pairing sub-categories. Each person will be allowed to nominate two fics - of different pairings - in those

I'm actually against banning self-voting, as stated when we were debating this the first go-round, even the President can vote for himself. And just because you can doesnt mean you will for every category. I do understand in something smaller like this one vote can have someone win over another but I still dont believe people should be forced to vote for something else if they dont want to in certain categories. Things like this can become a popularity contest so you should at least be able to make sure you get one vote. I dunno, not the end of the universe surely, just my two cents.
