Dear god, as much fun as it is to root through invoices and documents from Indonesia, Kenya, Cambodia and Tanzania (esp. Indonesia, I LOVE the English pidgin all over the place, e.g., "lumpsum" for disbursement amount....), I AM SO TIRED OF THIS $*@#)$*)@#$*$#@) PROJECT....
I'm basically doing the work of someone at least one level above me ("rank" and/ or pay grade, however you wanna look at it), making all kinds of executive decisions...on the one hand, it's nice that my employer has this confidence in me, on the other hand, it is A FREAKING PAIN IN THE ASS.
I have my OWN, "job description appropriate" work to do...and it's just pooling up in my inbox.
I hate audits.... hate, hate, hate
And I still have class 'til 9:30pm tonight! hope I don't nod off....
