Fanny pack

I've been considering rocking a fanny pack. Not a cheap nylon one, I'm talking leather here. I have a lot of stuff to carry around (keys, wallet, phone, ipod, etc.) and that just isn't feasible without a jacket or cargo pants. I'm hoping this is "so lame it's cool" and that I can start a trend here. It can't be faggotier than the manpurse amirite?
