Popularity, Organization, & Accomplishments - Oh My!

Which is most important to you--being popular, accomplishing things, or being organised--and why?

Obviously, in my professional life being organized is most important to me. I need to know whom I have appointments with, what their situation is, and keep my notes organized and updated so that I can review them from session to session if need be.

On the other hand, in my personal life I'd much rather accomplish things. I feel that it is important to accomplish personal goals - visiting new places, meeting new people, enjoying new foods, and learning as much as possible. Of course, my mother would much rather that I accomplish the task of getting "settled down" and producing a grandbaby for her, but that's not high on my own list of what I want to accomplish right now.

While it is true that I am a very social person and that I enjoy being popular, popularity isn't as important to me as accomplishing what I set out to do, especially if I can do so in an organized fashion.

goals, work, family
