One thing that bothers me about the secular scientific world is that not only does it expect everybody to believe in Evolutionary Theory, it also expects everybody to reject Anthropic Principles and the teleological argument. Should we only accept miracles in the Bible that work within the scientific concept of uniformitarianism? I mean, I can't. I darn well know that if uniformitarianism is true, then science has proven that wine comes from grapes and not water, and that a few fish won't satisfy the hunger of thousands of people.
