In Ann Arbor I discovered the local Calder Dairy. They have the best chocolate milk I've ever tasted, rich and creamy. Plus they have no artificial hormones or other additives, so yay for sounding good on paper too. I let myself buy a glass half-gallon bottle of their chocolate milk maybe twice a month. I was just walking, and must have placed pressure wrong, because there was this crackling sound in the muscle of my knee, and now I am limping.

There's never been anything wrong with my knees! My ankles and wrists suck (sprained 'em too many times), my back and neck almost always hurt, but I was quite satisfied with my knees.
