Why, oh why, did I choose to read multiple novels that aren't really novels at all, but rather thinly-veiled treatises on the consequences of Original Sin?!

I'm not Catholic, I don't have that guilt! Lordy.

So, I listen to both “Talk of the Nation” and “Fresh Air” on my ipod at work and it keeps me from going insane at my incredibly boring, sterile job.  I may not be terribly interested in the topics all the time, but Neil Conan and Terry Gross have very nice voices and they somehow manage to convince me that whatever they’re talking about is of great ( Read more... )
