While in Richmond yesterday, kastanzie  and I had lunch at Ruby Tuesday's, my choice mainly because, though their food is usually mediocre, sometimes their coffee is good, it wasn't bad yesterday.  The music that's piped through is hard to describe, probably just considered background certainly middle of the road, non-offensive.  Sometime during the meal  ( Read more... )
