Stir fry: Carrot, bell pepper, onion, chili pepper, garlic, ginger, tamarindo, coriander, cumin, turmeric, cilantro, coconut milk, lime, salt, soy sauce, grapeseed oil.

Served over a bed of cous cous.

You know how when you juice stuff there is the leftover pulpy stuff? My masticating juicer kind of poops it all out. It's dry and flavourless, but I figure there's probably still some nutritional value in there. Anyway, I used the carrot-beet-poop from yesterday -- I like beets so much, I don't fancy wasting any beet anything, even dried out beet pulp. I boiled it in water, strained it, and used the (pink) water to make the cous cous.
