The List Says It All
Today I acquired:
* a contagious eye infection
* antibiotic eye drops to deal with said infection
* a typhoid vaccination that's killing my shoulder
* Cipro, in case of need
* a spanish-english dictionary/phrasebook
* 2 guidebooks for Guatemala
* with much difficulty, my contact lens prescription, so I can switch to disposables if at all practical--since I now have to throw out my permanent lenses. Again. Anybody got sage advice about where to buy disposable contact lenses? Anybody use a mail-order service?
* a memory-card reader, so I can attempt to salvage deleted photographs
* two cute little octopus bun-holder things, so I can do the two-buns-on-top-of-the-head thing that anime girls do. Sort of. But with blue octopuses.
