1. The camera movement in the teaser scene is making me dizzy. Yes, I know it's supposed to show that the PotW is drunk, but it makes my eyes wobble.

2. The thing with Rachel's naming ceremony makes me wonder who was the one that named her in the first place. Did Cuddy actually get to choose her name herself (she's only fostering her, after all)? Or did Natalie name her before she died?

3. I wouldn't trust House to quietly mock anyone, really. At least, not unless a very sturdy piece of duct tape was involved in the process.

4. Huh. I know we did not see Cameron last week, but judging from his "You look happy to be underachieving again" comment, House hasn't seen her since Big Baby either.

5. This is a cruel, cruel episode. Teasing me with all the "You're fired!", "I quit!", "No, I quit!", "Let's both quit!" and still end up with both Thirteen and Foreman firmly on the show (the sad thing is, I didn't even have anything against Foreman before this whole Foreteen mess started...), and ending with yet another Foreteen make-out session? Just cruel.

Not that I actually expected anything different, really, but it kinda reminds me of the seventh Harry Potter book where there's one scene after the great escape from the Dursleys where we're supposed to believe for a moment that ZOMG HAGRID IS DEAD!!!, and my only reaction was Yes, finally!, only to have my hopes crushed once more. *sighs*

6. "There's Cuddy"? Seriously, Thirteen? You think Cuddy is going to stop House from doing anything? And besides, if you're all set on 'he can't do this' and would have someone make him play by the rules, then it might end up with anyone else having to do so too, which means that by all rights you should have stayed fired the first time and your darling boyfriend should be in big trouble for his little stunt with the drug trial.

7. Foreman doesn't want another job? Since when? Season 4 seems to have made it pretty clear that he doesn't actually want to be back, but has no other choice, because he has become unhireable due to prolonged exposure to House.

8. *dies* at the conversation between Kutner and Taub while they're searching the patient's home. I know I've said it before, but I want more of their interactions, please.

9. Okay, I have to admit the whole Cuddy wants House to come to the ceremony but doesn't actually really want him to or maybe she does and House does not want to go or maybe secretly does want to go after all and everyone ends up talking to Wilson about it had me rather confused by the time the episode was over.

10. Has Cuddy's office always had such a yellowish tint?

11. Since when is AIDS the only choice of condition that could compromise a person's immune system?

12. Erm. So the patient is adamant that he does not have AIDS, refuses to take an AIDS test… but then agrees to receive treatment for AIDS? In what universe does that make sense? Did I miss something?

13. I really hate to say this, but I think I'll have to put Taub on probation as my favourite new duckling. So he's heard about two sentences about the PotW being accused of 'inappropriate contact' - he knows nothing more about the situation, he has no way of knowing if the allegations were actually true, he has no way of knowing whether the patient even has AIDS - and yet he goes blabbing that he does? WTF?

14. I'm pretty sure the purpose of those little hospital ID badges is not to carry them in your pocket, Foreman. Combined with Cuddy often wearing hers on her waist, which makes it rather hard to read either, I kinda wonder if those people are for some reason trying to remain anonymous.

15. Is it possible that Cuddy's bangs are actually getting worse? What's up with them in the scene with Cameron at the end?

16. Did someone forcibly keep Cuddy from wearing shoes that cover her toes? If not, then she's got no reason to complain about her feet getting cold, really. If you think it's a good idea to walk through snow in flimsy high heels, it's nobody's fault but your own if your toes get cold and wet.
