O hai
Oh look, I have a livejournal. It's nice that it's here when I want to vent and be emo-style. Meh. I've been keeping up the blog, miracle of miracles! I post about once or twice a week, and am gaining followers at a staggering rate of... 3 people a month. Ha ha. But it's fun. Dave and I are working on tweaking the photography (and just taking more photos in general), and he's also gonna make me some kick-ass graphics to punch it up a bit. I'm pretty excited!
I have been neglecting the etsy shop because it's so frustrating to take photos. We're still working on it. We tried a couple new backgrounds; one is a brick wall and the other is an "industrial," "modern," "neutral" (etsy keywords!) gray background that I thought would make things a little more treasury-friendly. I'm kind of disheartened because I added three new items that I'm really excited about, but no one else seems to feel the same way! Not that I'm expecting any sales, but usually people are pretty generous with their "hearts," and that lets me know if I'm doing something right. I don't know if I'm asking too much money, or if the photos aren't punchy enough, the listings too wordy, or maybe I just have questionable taste! I dunno. If anyone wants to give me some constructive criticism, it's more than welcome. Thanks.
