So, there's an etsy seller that I really want to leave less-than-stellar feedback for, but I'm afraid of retaliatory feedback. She mismeasured a blouse I bought from her, but she won't accept returns. Really? That's a guaranteed recipe for a pissed-off customer right there. I could understand her position if I was just being a bitch about the fit, but her bust measurement was off by TEN INCHES. She kindly suggested that I just re-sell the blouse, but that's no guarantee that I'm going to get my money back, since items can sit in a shop forever with no sales. It's also way more effort than I should have to put into this to begin with. There's also the fact that I actually contacted her to try to work this out, instead of automatically sticking her with poor feedback.

Her policies do state that she doesn't accept returns, to be fair, so I'd only be leaving her a neutral feedback. But still - if I, as a seller, made a mistake, I'd be willing to satisfy my customer and let her return an item. I'd like to let other buyers know what a bad experience I've had with this person, but I don't want it to come back and bite me in the butt, since she hasn't left me my feedback yet!

Any thoughts?
