Night pads
I am wondering what you ladies do at night? I have some very long pads but they never seem to catch all the blood. It always seems to at least get on my underwear if not all over myself and my bed. I've seen a couple people that say they use depends or diapers. I think that it is a great idea for me at night but I want to stay away from the disposables. Does anyone make adult sized diapers for menstrual flow? If not would it be as hard as I'm thinking it would be to make them myself? I was thinking I could take a pair of underwear I like and make another pair out of some absorbent fabric following that pattern. If I made it a couple layers thick all over and then put a regular cloth pad inside of it I think it would work. Does anyone have any experience or advice? I realize that with that idea they're going to be very thick but it's just at night when I go to bed so I'm okay with that. I have been putting either the pad or a cloth wipe between my labia majora to make sure it doesn't channel down my butt but I'm looking for some other ideas.
