menstrual cup questions
Okay, so I recently bought a size 1 lunette and a size 1 MCUK cup and I'm having a hard time inserting them. I tried the C fold and the punch down one and I can't even get that in. It could partially be that I'm not used to tampons either (I've used them but I can't stand them bc they're a pain to get out since they're so drying; therefore, I haven't used them much...as in, in 5 years, I think I may have used 3 boxes total) and partially that I'm a virgin so I don't have much umm...experience with that area yet. I usually have a semi-difficult time with tampons too so I wasn't at all surprised. It can't be that they're too big...they're the tiniest cups anyone makes!
Do you guys have any tips? I mean, they're the tiniest cups. And I hope none of this is TMI. I'm just really trying to figure them out because frankly, I'd much prefer these to tampons.
