i served my hour of detention today and i served it like a true rebel child should: i wore my princeton sweatshirt and i did my AP Stats homework. Needless to say, I would have felt very out of place had the room not been filled with half of the band.
The best part is that I have a boyfriend who surprises me by waiting for my release from detention (prison?) just so he can walk with me and talk with me and be perfect. I keep wrestling with my mind because for a long time now, I have been very against serious high school dating, but austin is so irresistable that even my stubborn logic has a difficult time fighting my heart. I don't want to be naive and start spitting out relationship cliches, but I will say this: i love the new direction my life is headed toward.
