Just a quick note. We took the stray dog to the shelter, where it was determined that he had a microchip, so the outlook is good for them locating his people. Since my hamster luck hasn't been the best lately, we got a couple of female gerbils to put in Schroedinger's cage. They are very cute: one is albino and the other is grey.
