movie night

so Match Point was fantastically awesome. holy crap, the way it just got so goddamn good! it definitely wasn't a "funny" woody allen movie, but all the twisting and the turning and the way how you think one thing is SO going to happen, and then you totally get thrown for a loop when it goes the other way; it definitely had woody allen written all over it. wow, that movie is definitely worth a second viewing; and quite possibly a third and a fourth.

so after that was over, i still had the movie bug so i watched Millions. it was pretty damn fantastic (very much in the vein of In America), but in a different way. more uplifting, i should say. it definitely jerked a tear or two near the end there.

it was so cool how both of my movies were set in england, and i totally had no idea that was the case when i rented them. just goes to show you...something...i guess.

all those movies and i still have Singing In The Rain, just cause i had been wanting to watch it for so goddamn long, and nobody had been wanting to watch it, and here i am, and i still don't watch it. well at least that one i have for longer. the other two i have to return sunday, and i want to at least watch Match Point again and tomorrow is gonna be kaboom, which is gonna be hyperchuette.
