Ok so the school year is over, crew is over, and I've made another decision about my life.
School this semester wasn't great which was kind of a bummer. Hopefully next semester will be better. Ended the year just like we ended last year with cigars on the dock outside Whitehurst. That was fun.
Crew. Oh crew. So my boat is the national champion in the Novice Men's 4+ category. That was sooooo freaking kick-ass. Nationals was in Oklahoma this past weekend. It was a stressful weekend filled with tornadoes, drama, a rodeo, and some kick ass racing. It was soooo freaking hot too!! A 21 hour car ride was soooo worth it for that medal on the dock. Found out some interesting things about some people on the team but I love them all the more for it. And getting thrown into the water was so freaking awesome!!! :~) I love my guys.
I've made the decision to stay at ODU next year. I think. I'll keep that updated.
Billy doesn't know where he's going next year and I think that's really getting to him. He's cranky more often than not lately and it worries me. I miss him soooooo much. I can't wait till I get to see him again.
I start work tomorrow which is gonna suck going back since I only had one day to recouperate from Oklahoma, but it's money in the bank. Thank God summer is here.
