Munchings: SactoMoFo - Food Trucking It in the City of Trees

I have recently learned about SactoMoFo, which is the shortened name for the brand new Sacramento Mobile Food Festival. It’s happening at Fremont Park on Saturday, April 30th from 12 pm to 6 pm.
Other than bringing tasty food on wheels to Midtown, the purpose of SactoMoFo is to bring aware of issues that keep Sacramento from joining in on having a mobile food scene. Sacramento has an ordinance about how late a vendor can be out and which states that they must move every 30 minutes and be at least 400 feet from where it was parked previously. Not to mention that mobile food vendors have to be 400 feet away from each other.
