Resolution Post #4

I’m certain that you, my faithful reader, has been fretting about when my resolution update would be posted, but wait no longer!

1.  Flossing is up to almost everyday with a few misses here and there, but vast improvement from where I started.  Oral hygiene FTW!  The next step is to make that dentist appointment…

2.  I’ve been very good about going out every other morning to either work on Couch to 5k, on Week 2, or to walk.  It’s 30 minutes of cardio at least three times a week.  Runkeeper is working great as a tracking app.

3.  Vitamin intake has increased to everyday for the last week and half.  I’ve got an alarm set on my phone and that’s been helping.

4.  My debt plan is in effect.  Current debt is $8445, which is only a $19 difference from last month.  So yeah, there were some amazon charges that went to a credit card instead of my debit card…  I’ve made some adjustments to the payments I’ll make in May, so that will hopefully offset those charges a bit and I’ll be able to report a bigger difference.

Just to follow the emerging pattern, I’m adding another bit of self-improvement this month.

5.  Now that I’m actually out there exercising regularly, I’ve been stretching and the truth that I can not reach my toes has been revealed.  I don’t remember a time where I could touch them, so it’s not a great shock, but this could be the year that my fingertips meet my feet.
