And still my pile of unfinished games grows...

So I ditched Vesperia for Dissidia: Final Fantasy (mostly because Dissidia's on a handheld while I have to play Vesperia in my parents' room) and then finally got my hands on Lost Odyssey after which I started playing Dissidia again (without actually finishing LO, go figure). So game logs really are imminent, if I actually go and take the time to ( Read more... )

And Chrono Trigger is still on that pile, huh? ;)

You'd better start soon chica, I even got it myself a little while ago (not that I've had time to start yet, but let's not talk about that :P).

Also, got my hands on FF IV DS, and I love it XD

See you on tuesday :)

Haven't finished Dissidia yet or just too addicted?

I have a PSP go now and played the demo. Nice nice, but not my cup of tea. Pretty pretty graphics~

Addicted to Final Fantasy VII atm, somehow it works better for me on PSP than on PS2. Also, LocoRoco is probably the cutest game I've ever played. <3

I haven't had any real problems with the difficulty, only lost 2 times so far (just finished the underground thing)...

Lessee, augments? You mean those special abilities your party members give you when they leave?

As for the thought bubbles, I don't mind them, don't think there all that special, but they don't bother me either.

Those are augments, yes. Are you using a guide for them? Otherwise you're going to be missing the awesome ones, like Dualcast and Phoenix.

Most of the time the thought bubbles aren't that special, but sometimes they can be hilarious. Just check the whole party after the events in Fabul castle, I had to laugh so hard. And during a certain sidequest Cecil's are hilarious, mostly because he seems to be the only one who doesn't get it.

Sort of spoiler for that, so don't read if you don't want your sidequest spoiled:
You get a frying pan from a woman to wake up one of your former party members who seems to be in a coma, or at least a very deep sleep. The ninja goes, lol, she has humour. Your mages go, wait, are you sure this is a good idea? While Cecil thinks, 'Of course! With this we can... cook something?'

No Cecil, it's not the smell of food that will wake him up.

Jep, using a guide :)

And no, I haven't gotten to the frying pan part yet, should happen soon enough, just need to get Edge first.

Oh, Edge. I am sort of torn on him. On the one hand, he's pretty funny. On the other, apparently the prince of Eblan needs no MDef since he dies whenever an enemy so much as looks at him funny - though not as hard as Edward does.

I thought you meant the part with the Mist Dragon when you said 'underground thing' but you meant the Underworld! So you're loads farther than I thought. How did the Golbez fight go for you in the Dwarf castle?
