Hails from the north of Spain, became a street performer that entertained viewers with fire, traveled with his group a couple of years after vampires 'came out' searching for them. Rothav asked to be sired by a vampire, his group eventually split and he still hasn't decided if he regrets his immortality. Joined the Vandals pretty easily, spends most of his nights serving fellow humans and vamps at The Skeleton.

Etyer picked him up from the streets and had a taste of his blood before formally inviting him to become a vessel for the Vandals. visconti: the one house that has managed to contain most of its members to the visconti family, split between human members and those who were/are chosen to become vampires. very exclusive and all about being 'pure', they keep to themselves and rarely speak up at the conclave.
cavaliers: direct servants of the prince, very honorable and respected house, mostly quiet, strict but not known for their violence, they still see themselves as superior to most.
