Character History:
It's a world just like ours, with technology and communication and pop music and diseases and issues. Except their issues are a little different from ours! Taking inspiration from Marvel Comics, humans have taken the next in their evolution. A select few are born with superhuman abilities, donning them their name.
News isn't taken very well when it breaks out, turning the majority of the world's population against them. Decades passed since the birth of the first Superhuman before there were enough of them to group together and strike back. Alexander Parker, simply known as Exchange, was the first leader of a rebellion called rEvolution. He decides they would do whatever it took to get what he wanted -- and what he wanted was the liberation and representation of Superhumans as the superior race.
This was a goal he is prepared to do anything for, even if it should include the sacrifice of humans and Superhumans alike. Even those who did not necessarily share rEvolution's principles would become one of them, for shelter and protection from the race that would rather kill them than accept their help.
Enter the Sherman brothers. Kendrick, Noah and Caleb always got along relatively well with each other, despite their different personalities. It was a discussion between the three of them that ended in a physical fight and triggered their abilities: Kendrick gained super strength; Noah grew in size; Caleb was duplicated. Each of their abilities were activated with kinetic energy.
Caleb was just as excited (and terrified) about the discovery of his powers as his brothers were. The three of them had two decisions to make: one, to keep it a secret; two: figure out what they'd do about it; and three: pick codenames. The latter was the hardest to finalize, but their favorite movie came up.
Based on The Prestige, Caleb picked Pledge, Noah picked Turn, and Kendrick picked Prestige. Unable to keep their powers discreet, the brothers were driven out of their home and found their way into the rEvolution. Caleb was never as dedicated or focused on the so called 'mission' as either of his brothers, maybe even resenting them for taking so many decisions without him having a definite say. Caleb's never been forced to kill anyone, using his ability mostly for intimidation and diversion of the enemy.

Character Abilities: Self-duplication through the absorption of kinetic energy. A kick on his leg, and another Caleb pops out. A punch to his chin, another Caleb pops out. Each copy is capable of performing its own independent actions, but all of them act as one hive mind under the control of the original. Only the original Caleb can be duplicated - so there's no use punching number two in hopes that a two point one will appear by its side. Only the original can be permanently damaged or killed, and they can all be absorbed back into the original at Caleb's will.
