So my first batch of jelly came out quite tasty but much too sweet for my preference. It does have a lovely apple cider flavour and a pretty red gold colour and I am sure lots of people will like it. I think it may go very well as a pancake topping or on those crepes Pipkin makes for tea. Would also be excellent on scones with some clotted cream. ( ( Read more... )
