So I had my echo cardiograph. It was pretty cool actually. I saw my heart beating, I saw all the valves and bells and whitles too! But I also saw the tear in my muscle. But the radiologist said she couldn't elaborate more on the fact that that was the damaged area she needed to examine. So I have to wait for my MRI tomorrow and then get the results next week. It's a long time to wait, and it's a long time to stay in constant pain. But hopefully everything will work out.
I have to give my discrete exam in a little bit and I get to grade a lot of stuff including projects and whatnot. I can't believe how dumb a couple of my students are. I worked on the project with one student and helped him set up a couple things and then he created a couple errors on his code. I had him print it up and whatnot and pointed it out to him. No problem, you know. But then the girl who never turns anything in and is mad because she is failing came to my office for help and she showed me the code she "had been working on for 10 hours the day before." Yeah... it was the EXACT same code as before. I told her that if she turned that in, I will turn her in for plagerism. She claimed it was authentic and not copied. So I pulled out my copy of the guy's code and showed her that it was exact to a T. She even had the same error of accidentally putting a 5 instead of an s. How coincidental! Or yeah...
So it will be an interesting next week or so. I have so much to do, so little time to rest or relax. I just hope I stay in one piece.
