Ok, so the last two days were freakin great. I remember last summer wasn't the greatest but August came along and COMPLETELY turned things around, and its looking that way for this summer too, because so far this month has been great. Got talked into going to the sad old man bar at my old hometown last night, and it actually wasn't TOO bad. I ( Read more... )

ROFL, you're so insane! I'm all commented out for the day (sheesh, I had like 25 comments waiting in my inbox this morning *mind boggles*) but I'll try to babble some more. ;)

That's so great :D I'm 100% convinced no one should ever have a crappy summer. Never mind that I'm not having the best summer of my life.. It hasn't been crappy ;) So no one else should have a crappy one, nuh huh. *gives out little "How To Enjoy Your Summer! 101 Ways To Have FUN" leaflets*

John was impressed because everyone else just went up and stood there, whereas I was rocking out and headbanging and stuff. It was good times.

Lmao, I can totally see you do that :| You're such a weird guy ;) Don't worry, I still love you anyway *g* Those people standing there all nervous and unmoving amuse me and make me feel sorry for them a the same time, aww. I used to be able to sing pretty well, mostly just christmas songs for the elderly while my best friend played the piano. *misses Dominique* But my sinus things went all weeeeird when I got older, and now I'm a happy nasal girl ;) No singing anymore though, I'd kill peoples ears. *g*

I mostly just wanted to mention how cool Lin is somewhere in this post, so now that thats accomplished, on to the next topic.

YOU. CREATING. MONSTER!

MAN I love taffy.

Rofl, so giving men food will make them like you? That's really true? *giggles* Very handy to know ;)

Ugh, I really want to go see Howl's Moving Castle. Stupid lazy mothers, grr. Well next week.. And I have no idea who Shigeru Miyamoto is, except that that is ONE COOL NAME. *fangirls it* If I ever marry a Japanese guy and have a son, his name will be Shigeru ;) or maybe Eiri, I really like that name too. *g* But but... Shigeru! And Miyamoto! *loffs Shunichi Miyamoto* Besides, I know the kanji for 'moto/hon' so I'll be able to write HALF of his name, rofl. And imagine.. Shigeru... Geru-chan! *giggle*

/End baby cravings. *blushes*

I'm euuuuuuhm... going somewhere to cool down ;) I WANT BABIES! :P

Dude, thats so cool you used to sing christmas songs for the elderly, and you know that doesn't surprise me much with you, you are a sweet girl so it just seems appropriate you would sing with your best friend (who was most likely ALSO a sweet girl) playing the keyboard. What happened with you two? I miss my first best friend, Rachael, every now and then. Just because, we had something I'll probably never have again with a girl, you know? We were just so...I guess comfortable is the only word I can come up with, anyways we were so comfortable with each other. She would change in front of me, we would talk to each other while the other was in the shower or even *GASP* going to the bathroom, it was just a fantastic friendship, one that is only usually reserved for the movies. She married a complete ass however, who doesn't even have a job and is older than me, actually didn't even get his license until he was 23 years old. She supports them both. Sad, really. I think I thought (thats a funny sentence, "I think I thought?") that she was the one for so long BECAUSE of that comfort between us, but it was just a fantastic friendship, kinda like that movie "The Object of my Affection", which you MUST see if you have'nt, well, except for the whole business of me NOT being gay, and the main character of that movie was.

*takes how to have fun leaflet, looks for clues* I also believe that everyone should have a good summer, this one has been pretty lousy so far but its definately looking up, and when I think back, I actually HAVE done some neat things, I mean I took a step by joining that Harry Potter forum because I wanted to talk about it with other like-minded people, and sure that might be kinda slow lately, but I met you from it, as well as that 16 year old girl Larin, and you are both incredibly intelligent and funny, so thats a very good part of this summer. I've also gotten alot more into music (in case you hadn't noticed with my whole "TOP 10 BEST SONGS EVER" lists) than any other time in my life, its nice to be a bit cultured on whats good and whats not. That Final Fantasy symphony is also something I'll keep with me for the rest of my life. So yeah, its not ALL bad. Whats wrong with your summer, how come it hasn't been the greatest? My guess would be the whole parent business, how you mom seems a bit distant sometimes and your stepdad, just...blech. I hate step-parents (is there a dash in that word? I cant remember), no one should be cursed with those. Sadly with the divorce rate at like, what, 85% or so *laughs*, its something too many people have to deal with.

Thanks for saying I'm weird, normal people are boring. They scare me actually. I just like doing things like the karaoke thing because you just HAVE to have fun with life and enjoy yourself, you know? I come off as a fairly happy person most of the time just, cuz, I mean, you gotta enjoy some of the little things in life, you know what I mean? I'd have certainly loved to have heard you sing those Christmas songs to the elderly, I bet you have a really nice voice anyways.

And oh man, you didn't know that giving men food makes them yours for life? Its seriously true. Whoever came up with that old saying "The quickest way to a mans heart is his stomach" is completely, 100% true. Ashley has made me german chocolate cake (which I LOVE) twice I think, and I still adore her. My roomates girlfriend made me this dessert thing called "Strawberry Surprise" which was honestly THE best thing I've ever tasted in my entire life, and I made it my point to have her be one of my best friends after that. Lauren giving me taffy, thats just amazing. I LOVE girls who can cook or even just bring me food in general. I actually had a poll at work once and all the guys said they would want a girl/girlfriend to come over and cook them dinner for their birthdays, even more so than just have sex, wear some sexy lingerie, the usual things. It's all about food for men, and you don't even need to be a big guy. So yes, the quickest way to seduce a guy is DEFINATELY with food.

WOULD YOU BELIEVE THEY CUT ME OFF AGAIN?! clevman August 7 2005, 11:30:18 UTC
Ok, I really gotta measure out my comments or something, they cut me off again quite a ways back. I said all this stuff too, mostly in response to you not knowing who Shigeru Miyamoto is:

Shigeru Miyamoto is the guy who came up with the ideas for the Mario, Zelda, and Metroid games. He is pretty much everything that symbolizes nintendo. If its an icon for nintendo, Shigeru Miyamoto invented it. I remember seeing a video game nerd poll that asked "what would you do if you met Shigeru Miyamoto in a resturant?" and the choices were "a. get really excited and gush. b. hardly even be able to speak and babble like an incoherent moron about how great he was, be so excited you might pee a little. c. tell him that sega is better, and Sonic could blow away mario any day of the week! d. Become slightly aroused." I picked choice D, HAHA. I LOVE that man, he is a GENIUS. I put that reference in there because alot of my good friends ARE gamers, even though they may not be into anime (which saddens me). Shigeru IS a sweet name too. I'd like to have a daughter one of these days, so don't feel bad about the baby cravings business. Although it sounds like someones biological clock might be ticking, HAHA.

I'm going to see Howl's Moving Castle at 7 tonight. I'll give you the details afterwards, but you and I both know it will be a masterpiece.
