Would they, though? I mean, if Bella is supposed to be just a husk of a character for Twihards to squeeze themselves into, would they really want their Fantasy Vampire Boyfriend™ to fall for their baby? I don't think it's a big teen fantasy for the ideal guy to fall for you, father your child, and then go, "Whoops! I'm really in love with our baby." (Which sounds just like the Humbert Humbert scheme from Lolita, actually.) I think you'd see a lot more Twihards bashing Breaking Dawn if that was the case. And I can't believe I'm thinking this hard about it.

But that whole conversation was beautiful.
