I'm just cruisin along this week because it is my "nothing to do" week. I went to my classes and took massive notes as usual anticipating for the end of class to roll around so that I could see Will for dinner. Afterward I took a quick trip to the Bi-Lo to purchase some ingredients to make some rice krispie treats for him which are well deserved. While they were chillin' in the fridge we went to Tigergras with Debra and got our caracatures done. These pics are hilarious, looks nothing like us, just has enhanced features of what we have. But Will is now convinced that mine is starting to look more like me because it has that look I get. I'll go with his instinct cuz he knows what I look like better than I do. His on the other hand has overdone sideburns, which still is totally cute. When that was all done and Debra and I got our beads because she flashed the security guard, nah I'm just playin', Will flashed the security guard... sike, that was a jk too. So anyway, afterward we headed back to the apartments and I grabbed the rice krispie treats and my books and headed over to study with Will because my apartment is too loud to study in and the library is too much of a hike at night time. Also Heather and I had some prime time freshman year reminiscing with Palmer and Dan. The night is over and now its time to sleep, but first, what's on my mind:
I'm really tired of all this technology crap. It has caused me to rely on it for too many things and when it doesn't satisfy me, I get tremendously upset. Listen to me complain as I write in my "online" journal. I'm really all about the quotation marks, so don't mind them. Anyway, back to my point. Really, first I would like to complain about the cell phone, I mean, if you are going to have one then take it with you everywhere you go and check your messages and answer it. I too do not follow these rules, but what's the point in having it if you're not going to use it. You are automatically letting everyone interfere with all your time by having one and the one day you don't have it you can't survive. I don't get it and I survived fine when I didn't have one, but I'm lost without it. Then there is the computer system that Clemson relies a little too much on. Damn Eudora mail does not work for me and Novell makes my computer run like a caterpillar and if I get kicked off or rebooted one more time I might scream. As many times as I say I'm going to chuck the comp out the window, I still rely on it day to day. So maybe what I'm trying to say is that life wouldn't be easy if we just got rid of the technology, but it might be if we never had it in the first place. Prolly not, but you know, nothing will ever go how you want it, be fast enough, sufficient enough. So maybe the topic is that the world has just always tried to tend to everyone's needs that we all expect it now and are never satisfied with what we currently have. The world in general is a spoiled planet, we get what we want and then want more. So thats enough of my rampage because I totally went into random things, which is usual for me, but I don't want to confuse you anymore.
Does anyone have a glass of water?

Love you Willie, a&f
