Perfect
I know this was forever ago but this is a total reflection of how perfect Will makes things for me and why I love him so.
Valentines day 2004 was unimaginable. Friday had the best sunny picnic weather ever, but I can't say the same for Saturday. I took Will on a picnic, not to original plans because of the weather, but it made it all the more better. I found some covered area out by the lake where we ate lunch and had a game of how far away I could stand and throw grapes at Will, I mean into his mouth. I truly think we could start a team and go to the grapelympics one day. I also gave him his present, a box of thin mints, courtesy of the girl scouts, which are his favorite and the start of a neverending picture book of everything we've been able to enjoy together! Afterwards when we couldn't stand the frostiness of our cheeks and noses we took a trip to the movies to see the "Butterfly Effect" which I could care less to see again, to many holes and a bad ending. So Will still has to prepare for our night and so I decide to hang out til he is ready. What first started out as it will be ready by 7 moved to 8 and I was starving by then, so I sneaked a few cheerios, but thats okay. I went over to what looked like a totally dark apartment with eagerness to find out my surprise. I stepped in and there was the wonderful scent of italian food in the air and after my hi and happy valentines kiss I could see the candlelit dinner Will had to prepare. I was so happy because Will doesn't cook and I can't say that there was a single thing that wasn't good about it. I was just happy sitting there with him with nothing but smiles because it was already the best day, but Will, who has the best surprises I think, had more up his sleeve. I love how he pays attention to things I mention and then turns around and surprised me with them just like he did over the summer and at Christmas. So back to the second best part of the day, he told me to close my eyes as he guided me to my present, and when he told me to open them I was totally amazed, a bathroom lit with candles and the floor and bathtub covered with rose petals and chocolates sitting on the edge of the bath. I mean, it was like what you see in the movies but never get, but I got it. And did I have the biggest smile on my face and totally left speechless. And to let you know what the first best part of the day was, it was Will, because I don't need all this to be happy, he does enough for me just being with him.
