My dad told me to get a Canadian patch before I left for Europe. I am so glad I didn't.

Hungary is the cheapest place ever. 2500 foritin equals 5 euro, which is about 7 USD.
Italy is having their train strikes.
And Madrid is yelling at Canada for killing seals.
While the US is still a bunch of shitheads in world affairs, at least the focus has been switched momentarily.
I have never been so sore from carrying so much on my back and sleeping on buses, so dirty from not having access to a washer for 3 weeks, so broke from travelling, and so completely blown away and happy (insert Mike Bakun here).
