Laundry Trauma

About this time two years ago, my mom decided to warm my underwear for me so it would be nice and snuggly. So, she put it in our smelly (the slight aroma of crayons and melted plastic) microwave, and needless to say, it caught on fire.

I had to spend the rest of the day in crispy underware that smelled funny and was really uncomfortable.

Earlier, my woolen hat, bernie, was put in the drier and was too small for my head and too big for any of my sock monkeys. I was devastated.

Today, the same thing happened, with lesser casuality, to my hat made out of recycled nepalese silk. Instead of being comfortable, it's slightly small.
