It was Danny who had found Becker.
Danny was annoying, but at least teaming up with him increased Becker’s survival chances. And perhaps together they’d be able to find their way home.
Danny had been chasing his brother, trying to persuade him to come home. That was no longer an option, Patrick having succumbed to a raptor attack. Now Danny was as focused as Becker on getting back.
They were a formidable team. But nothing could stop an anomaly from closing. Often the pair would race towards one, only to have it vanish at the last moment.
It was frustrating.
