"nosies"
I swear, if I ever find out who came up with the idea of "nosies"... *makes violent motions*
For those of you who are fortunate enough not to have come across it, "nosies" is a juvenile way of choosing one person out of a group to present the group's findings to the class. One idiot says "Nosies!" and everyone has to touch their nose. The last person to do so has to present. This PISSES ME OFF. And I'm not even sure why. Since I don't like it, I don't do it, and am usually forced to do the presenting, thus fostering even more resentment and annoyance with it.
In other news, I went shoe shopping, because my shoes were falling apart. I now own these cool kick-on-kick-off shoes that are a pleasant shade of orange. They are very comfortable and make me happy.
It snowed today during third period. It melted off by lunchtime, but there was a good inch or so on the ground before that. It was cool.
I just picked up one of my old "Animorphs" books. It makes me smile nostalgically. And giggle. Ax is the best alien ever. And he is NOT a magnetized car-rug, like the TV show would have had us think.
