[Deidara throws his Hitomi carelessly on the roof he's sitting on--it bounces, and that's what makes it turn on. Deidara's just barely visible at the angle the device is sitting at, perched on a roof and setting off moths.
It's not something he's ever done often, but his little moth bombs crackle and pop like fireworks in a thousand colors, flittering about like a cloud of real insects with the volume he's made, wild things that have swallowed balls of colored fire, spitting it out as they burst into nothing. And no moth disturbs another, each one following its own path, each exploding on its own, as Deidara controls his own little fireworks display.
He's grinning--gentler than usual--and he's got both his cloak and scope off, half sitting, half lounging on the roof as he plays.]
