School's In, TV's Out
I'm feeling unusually lethargic at the moment, which is unusual, because my day wasn't that hectic. It actually was surprisingly well for the most part anyway. Today was the first day of my airline reservations and travel agency class, and although I was a bit nervous and I had a lot on my mind thanks to some ignorant comments the other day from my no good uncle, that doesn't even bare repeating, I didn't go into class with the best frame of mind, but class turned out to be okay. We got a little run down of what we'll be learning this semester. The first part according to our professor, who worked in the airline industry herself, is a piece of cake, and so far it seems like she's right. We just have some phonetics to memorize for next class, which should be easy enough itself. So hopefully the rest of the module 1, which runs for 4 weeks, before our first exam, would be just as simple. I'm hoping anyway,lol. Anyway, there's only 2 boys in the class, -myself and some other dude. The class is filled with girls, so I don't know yet if I should be intimidated or not. But anyways, after class, I went all the way to Campus House where I had a delicious mocha latte and a cheese pie, while I chilled out a bit. Then I stopped off at SuperPharm to grab some snacks before coming home. Also watched my Evil Dead 2 DVD for the first time tonight. Cool movie. Gotta love Ash! He's definitely the man! Today wasn't all flowery roses though. Alot of my cable channels got scrambled because my retarded cable company is taking their sweet time switching from analog service to digital, thus the interruption in my service. I called them today, and they promised that they'll send over a technician on Thursday to switch me over to digital. I don't know why they taking their sweet time with my house though. Every other house in my neighborhood that has cable have already been switched over to digital. But somehow I'm the last one to get it. *shakes head*. Unfortunately this means, that I'm missing an all new Veronica Mars tonight, which sucks. Blah. Hopefully they'll show a repeat of the episode soon. Yeah right. I might have to wait till summer. Blah. Oh well, hopefully there's some recap or transcript or something available online. *crosses fingers* And that was pretty much my so so day. Now I gotta go wash a sink full of dishes. Fun.
