We all had a case of the sillies at orchestra rehearsal tonight.  I must say.  They were actually a brief two hours though, despite the complete and total absence of composition music on the part of Shannon and I, but that was completely beyond our control.  I basically just laughed when I walked into Mitchell tonight.  Hearing concert orchestra...doing whatever it is they were doing...some cacophonic fusion of rap and rock and screeching violins...?  I proceeded to bang my head against the wall in a seizure of displeasure.  But I'm kind of over it.  Because you know what?  We're all better than that, he just doesn't even know how to tame us.  I'm hanging on by a thread.  But guess what???  Tuesday equals the start of our concerti!!!  Yesss!!!  I've never been more thrilled!!  Ten minutes+ devoted to what I've been working on for months, and it's completely and utterly classical in every sense of the genre.  This weekend passed much too quickly.  I spent the whole of yesterday in a very dizzy state; I don't know why...drugs, perhaps?  Today I've gained back most of my energy but am still congested somewhat.  Garrr, this is a malicious, immune system-loathing disease.  I'm really, extremely stressed out about chem.  As in, am completely unaware of what we're doing at the moment.  Test Tuesday=my dear Lord, no.  UMD dance show on Saturday is also frightening me.  I suppose the prospect of things is far more terrifying than the actual occurrence...yes.  I did feel spring in the air today.  There was something so specifically wonderful in the look of the world around me that, despite the still-remaining snow, I felt a deeply joyous spring fever begin to ravage my senses...and it was divine.  I suppose for my children's story for creative writing I'll have to do one on either a seal or walrus losing its mother, and the subsequent brutal attacks it received before finally finding its way home.  Thank you, Animal Planet.
I'm kind of lazy sometimes.
Goodnight.
