안녕하세요 여러분~~
Hello Everyone~~
It's been quite a long time since I posted... I think it was in mid July... Now it's about early/mid September... I'm sorry about not being on and writing... There was a fanfic that I was writing with a somewhat Harry Potter theme thing since it was aaround the time when the final movie came out (whoa that was a while ago...) but I haven't picked it up for a while... Then I started writing another one (handwritten) with the theme "I bet I can make you fall in love with me.".... by the way, Taemin is a girl in it.... I don't know how far I'll go in that one...
I also have another fanfic that is very personal and dear to me called "What A SHINee Fantasy" (WASF) that I've made some sequel like things to it... It's not done and I haven't been able to edit it or anything cause my computer is broken (I've been using my mom's computer for a long time).... I have the files but I don't want to save it on my mama's computer cause I don't want her to see me write something so geeky... If I end up finishing that story, I will post it sometime. i don't know for sure though so NO PROMISES. I've been writing that thing for about 11 months now....
Mid October of last year (mid promotion of SHINee's Hello) was when my life changed into loving Korean music, culture, the language, and just everything about Korea~ (And I have more respect for Asians now cause of it). So around mid October I will be celebrating my awesomesauce life. I'm not even joking, that's how much of a geek I am. ^_^ And proud of it~~~!!! ^_^ <3 saranghaeyo~ XD
On a more serious note...
Tomorrow is the 10 year anniversary of 9/11. I'm sure not everyone know what that is cause I'm sure not all of you are in the United States. On September 11th, 2001, The Twin Towers collapsed from a terroist attack. I was just starting Kindergarten that year, I was 5. There are no memories of that day for me but being told stories by family, friends, and news reports let me know what happened.
My mom was at work when the school she worked at had everyone turn their TVs to the news and everyone was watching it. The students didn't understand much, they were only 2nd graders, but they knew that people were dying. My mom was sent home and came to get my brother and I from school.
My dad was at work and found out when the first building was about ready to fall. He turned the news on and could see the collapse.
My brother was in 2nd grade but he never told me what his memories are. And I have none.
Almost 3,000 people lost their lives. "All they did was go to work that morning. They weren't looking for a war." One of the reporters had said in an article I read. It's very true. By doing something so innocent so many people died. They all had friends and family to go home to that day but ended up being unable to.
I pray for these people and honor all of them. Though I do not know any of them, others do, and others love them. Why can't I? I thank my troops for defending my freedoms. We may be sad, or even mad because of this attack but we will not faulter. The United States of America has a strong foundation and we will not let anyone break it. I am proud to be a citizen of the United States of America.
I love you all dearly. Stay healthy and warm since it's getting colder! <3 <3 <3 <3
