well, when you wrap the blanket around you like a muslim woman's veil, it's very warm, and, depending on the size of the blanket, you still have your hands free to type, knit, crochet, or read, yet your head it kept warm and toasty, too. very handy. as long as you don't get it too tight, and it ends up choking you. so, to sum it all up, not a terribly sexy look (sorry), but definitly warm. and since i was freezing, warm is good. almost too warm. but, we're going to go with that one. i love blankets.
