Answer this question.

Since my journal seems to have become quite popular recently, for reasons I can't even begin to fathom - I'm going to pose this one question that has baffled me for a long time.

But only if you're ever read Jurassic Park. (Michael Crichton)

*takes a deep breath* Okay, so if the dinosaurs had a gene that killed them because of no lysine production - and it did it in 12 hours - how was it that Jurassic Park could've been down for more than 15 hours and yet all the dinosaurs (even the ones that bred in the wild, cause they'd still have the same gene from their parents) were still alive? Because they say that everything is automated; that the system feeds the animal, and the dinosaurs get the lysine from the food provided by the park, and since the system was down, there'd be no food so why the hell didn't the dinosaurs all drop dead from lysine deficiency?!

*takes another big breath* There. Help?

i'm feeling bitchy: rants
