Other things I never expected to have to say...
There have been a few things I've said in all seriousness to my kids lately that I never thought I'd have to say:
"Pens are not food. Neither are pen caps."
'You have to hold you penis & aim into the toilet when peeing." [Note - this comment had to be repeated - once for sitting, once for standing.]
"No, that's not a bag of chips, that's a bag of dirt."
"We don't pet squirrels."
"That's not popcorn, that's cauliflower.'
I'm sure there are more, but it's late and as usual, I never get around to writing the things down, let alone actually getting them in the blog when I first think - 'Oh, that's one for the blog'.
Why is 'blog' not recognized as a word by LJ's dictionary?
