as i grow older, i realize that my tolerance of stupidity is dwindling.
well, no i'm not sure that's exactly true. it's only a certain kind of stupidity that bothers me. the sort of arrogant stupidity when one assumes they can't make a mistake. man i hate that.
and it seems like everyone i work with is like that.
is it just me? isn't it common courtesy to point out someone's mistakes in the nicest way possible? shouldn't you always say "i don't know if you noticed, but..." or "you know, i've done this many times myself..." rather than "hey, why'd you do that?" or "what were you thinking?" or "i was wondering how long it would take you to notice!"
it's sad when you have to look forward to making copies, with the hope that the copy machine will break (because it always does).
in other news, i think the new big city ben album is going to turn out exactly as i would have wanted. i seem to be finding all sorts of different pop arenas to experiment in. right now i'm working on ripoffs of: american analog set, huey lewis, and c&c music factory. i'm curious as to how it'll all work out, but i think it might be tot' awesome.
